- you used characters or numbers only
- it was a word followed or preceded by numbers
- you only use lower or upper caps
- you used mixed caps
Any special requirements, confidentiality etc.

As we work on a 'NO FIX NO FEE' basis no payment or company details are required at this time,
but you are welcome to include any information you deem necessary. The price of a particular recovery can be found on our web site and you will be informed prior to a recovery.
