as much relevant information as possible:
- how did you get infected
- when did you notice you were infected
- what medium is your data on
- what operating system does it run on
- a list of the directories or files you need recovered
- an estimate of the amount of data
- the size of the medium
- any special requirements, confidentiality etc.
If you have a preferred method of contact,
please indicate your preference in the email.
As we work on a 'NO FIX NO FEE' basis no payment or company details are required at this time,
but you are welcome to include any information you deem necessary.
The price of a particular recovery can be found on our web site and you will be informed prior to a recovery.

By using our service, you confirm that you are the legal owner of all files and data that will
be sent for password or data recovery work and that you have the legal right to
access all data therein. You further attest that the recovered data,
passwords and/or files will not be used for any illegal purpose or that by
recovering the password that Data Services 24/7 Ltd is not participating in any
illegal activity.
